Gold foil overlaying ceramic mosaic
Gold foil overlaying material is the gold foil with 99.9% purity by Goldtech. We adopted patented techniques on mechanical production lines instead of handworks to overlay mosaic with gold foil. It has anti-shear intensity as high as 3500 Psi, significantly better than that of traditional foils. It cannot be peeled off by fingernails even without the protective coating. After applied with suitable glues, the mosaic can endure mesh-tearing test, with gold foil not peeling even the mesh is torn down. The finished products have a fabulous metal texture and the foil is securely adhered to the surface of glass or ceramics. It has high stiffness and abrasion hardness, allowing the products to be used outdoors and in moist environment.
